What you need to know about raising boys

We do love our boys but they can be hard work sometimes! Do you relate to any of these items in our ABC of raising boys?

It’s a tough job but someone’s got to do it!

A – Aim for the toilet bowl, they make them wide enough!
B – Balls are for outside, the sooner you understand that, the quicker we enjoy peace and harmony in our home.
C – Concussion is serious, wear a helmet and for god’s sake stop thinking you can open things with your head.
D- Dinosaurs are extinct, I hate to break it to you son but they are not coming back.
E – Eat your vegetables and no, chips are not vegetables and yes, vegetables will make you big and strong.
F- Flush the toilet. Full stop. Enough said. Please don’t make me say it again.
G- Get back in here and explain this mess.
H- Hit your little brother with that again and you’re going to turn your mum into the HULK.
I- I’m not your slave.
J- Just wait until your dad hears about this.
K- Keep your hands to yourself or I’ll be forced to super glue them into your pockets!
L – Lego pieces left on the floor are going straight in the bin!
M- Money does not grow on trees
N- No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, and if you still don’t get it, let me say it one more time NOOOOOOOO.
O- Open the door for that lady, if there is one thing I will make sure of, it’s that you know how to treat a lady properly.
P- Peeing should only be done in the toilet!
Q- Quit picking your nose.
R- Raise the toilet seat before you go to the toilet!
S-Sit up straight and smile for just one photo PLEASE.
T- Take out bins…your dad ‘forgot’ to do it.
U- Use a tissue – your sleeve is not a tissue!
V- Video games are not real life.
W- Wash your hands.
X- Xanax, I feel like I could really do with one of these after your birthday parties.
Y- You’re going to take someone’s eye out with that thing.
Z- Zip up…

This video pretty much sums up life with boys too.
