Kate Middleton cradles baby bump at royal engagement

Kate Middleton and Prince William arrived at the Stepping Out session in Manchester this week.

Kate was glowing in a cherry red maternity dress and cradled her tiny baby bump as she got out of the car. Waving at the crowd, she kept one hand on her bump and the other hand holding her black clutch bag.

The Duchess of Cambridge has continued to keep up her royal engagements since announcing her third pregnancy earlier this year.

As with her previous two pregnancies she suffered from acute morning sickness, hyperemesis gravidarum. The morning sickness can last all day, sometimes for entire pregnancies.
