In case you haven’t noticed, Hatchimals are THE toy this Christmas. They’re sold out everywhere and rumours that Smyths MIGHT have some spare in the run-up to the big day has parents anxiously scouring the aisles in the hope of finding a stray egg or two. And don’t get us started on how much they’re being sold for on the likes of eBay etc.
Parents are actually getting so desperate that they are “hatching” (sorry) back-up plans for their disappointed kids on Christmas morning – such as this apology letter from Santa. Is this a sign that we’ve completely lost our minds? Let us know your thoughts!
