Mum depicts every real pregnancy problem ever in hilarious illustrations
Norwegian mother-of-two and illustrator Line Severinsen has depicted every single one of us during pregnancy with her fabulously spot on comical illustrations.
Line began illustrating the hilarous cartoons while pregnant with her first child, depicting all the battles she faced herself during pregnancy that many other pregnant women face, telling the Huffington Post:
“I thought to myself that there is no way that no other people felt and looked like I did. So I wanted to create a counterpoint to help people like me to understand that they weren’t alone and that it is OK to feel and act less than perfect sometimes.”
Her illustrations have struck a chord with mums everywhere, who love her message that perfection isn’t important.
“It’s really rewarding to see that my drawings and experiences are resonating well with so many people,” she explained to the Huffington Post, adding: “I now have a 3-year-old girl and a 5-month-old boy, which guarantees that I won’t run out of stories for many years to come.”
