This little bracelet could help you conceive

What is the Ava bracelet?

The Ava bracelet is a new clinically proven method of tracking your body to improve your fertility and chances of conceiving.

Worn at night, sensors in the bracelet collect data that track physiological patterns linked to fertility. These patterns are fed into an algorithm to detect your fertile window, physiological stress level, sleep quality and more.

Still life with #avabracelet and succulent.

How is it different?

Unlike other methods of fertility tracking, the Ava bracelet lets you know just as your fertile window is beginning, giving you the best chance of conceiving. It provides an image of your fertility in real time, as opposed to after the fact.

Can I trust it?

It can be an emotionally trying and overwhelming time when you and your partner are struggling to conceive. Sometimes the disappointments outweigh the positives. And although no method of conceiving is 100 per cent foolproof, the Ava bracelet has some backing you can trust.

  • It was tested in a year long study at the University Hospital of Zurich with the findings thereafter published in the peer-reviewed journal Scientific Reports. You can read about it here.
  • It is an FDA registered device and CE certified

How do I use it?

It is worn every night while sleeping so as not to influence your physiological parameters by any activity or outside influence.

The bracelet syncs with an app that records the data.

The app then allows you to see clear data about your:

  • Menstrual cycle
  • Sleep stress
  • Resting pulse rate
  • Skin temperature
  • Heart rate variability
  • Movement
  • Heat loss
  • Bioimpedance
